installation (2–3 minutes)

1. remove your old shower head – twist anti-clockwise
2. insert a gauze disc into the inlet of your new befor. shower head
3. wrap the exposed pipe thread twice with the sealant tape provided
4. screw on the befor. shower head clockwise until snug (no tools needed)
5. run cold water at full pressure for 1 minute to flush carbon dust before use

filter replacement (every 90–120 days)

1. unscrew shower head from pipe
2. twist open the shower head body
3. remove old filter, insert new one:
